My name is Oksana, I am Russian with a dash of Mediterranean zest!
As the Head of Sales and Affiliates at WIS, my role is a great cocktail of relationship building, compliance, scoring the best deals, and crunching the numbers for sales reports.
My favourite part would have to be the social and sales components; and I believe communication is the key to strong partnerships. Speaking of relationships, the WIS team is also great — I love working alongside such a vibrant mix of nationalities. Plus, there isn't a day that goes by without having a good laugh!
For me, it clicked when I started seeing results. First they came through reports; the pride of knowing that our team had a hand in driving the company’s success by increasing sales revenue. The second was meeting partners in person, mainly at affiliate conferences or right here at the office. Hearing positive feedback about players' value and good account management, speedy replies, and so on — it's what sets WIS apart from the rest.
